Gather your valuable items: – Don’t let us to move your small valuable items like jewelry, cash, checkbooks etc. In fact, we don’t want to move your high-value items because they don’t want to be held responsible if items get lost during the hectic moving process.

Pack a day box: – This may include any medications, toiletries, clothes, airline tickets if moving long-distance, and anything else you may need on a daily basis. You may need several of these boxes, but the purpose is to not lose anything you need on a daily basis in the depths of random moving boxes.

Give enough time: – It’s not until we start packing your home we realize how much stuff you actually have. Be sure to give enough time in advance to pack for your move.

Keep essential items handy: – Think about what you’ll need on moving day, whether that’s a wash bag, change of clothes, bedding, mobile phone or tablet chargers. These items are easy to forget but your day will be much less enjoyable if you don’t have them.

Label as you go along: – Labelling is absolutely essential when we packing your belongings. Label boxes room by room, including a brief overview of what items are inside so that you can find items quickly if need be.

Pack a ‘first to open’ box: – When we reach the new house, there are certain items you’ll want to hand as soon as you get through the front door, so plan ahead and make sure you know exactly which box to open first.

Is Hyderabad SMS Packers and Movers do the site visit?

Yes, we do site visit and it’s always advisable to do so. Our executive will do the site visit and analyse your goods, also he will collect all your requirements / demands in moving process, so that is easy to provide most reasonable quotation.

Do you provide intercity shifting?

Yes, our base location is Hyderabad, will do local shifting, outstation shifting as well as intercity shifting throughout India.

What type of vehicles do you use for shifting?

Our vehicles range from TATA-ACE to Big Container. As required use the suitable vehicle. We use closed container vehicles for goods safety. If required will use multiple vehicles also.

How many people will attend for shifting?

In general minimum of 4 to 6 experienced professionals will attend for 2 BHK house. Based on requirements we may use more than 10 professionals also. (Ex: office shifting)

What is your payment terms?

After finalisation of quotation, we need 25% advance, another 25% we collect on packing day. Remaining 50% after completion of shifting.

What is your mode of payment?

We accept Cash, Account Transfer (NEFT / IMPS), Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytem.

Is there any hidden charges?

No, there are not hidden cost / charges apart from the approved quotation.

Do we need to give any tips?

Experienced professional labour tips are depends on the customer wish and his satisfaction only.

Storage facility is available?

Yes, if required will provide the storage facility. Costing will be depending on required storage space and duration.
